Stage Plot Document Link: Bubble Wonders Stage Plot
- (MOST CRUCIAL) Still air over the performance space for the duration of the presentation. Please keep in mind that if a draft, breeze, or air current is moving on or toward the “stage” it can be a concern and may severely impact the number of effects that can be performed. AC/Heating can be redirected, covered, or temporarily turned off over the stage.
- Stage or Performance Space of at least 10′ by 10′. An actual stage or raised staging is a huge plus but the show can be performed at floor level.
- It’s always nice to have someone introduce the show. I will provide a short, easy to read copy of my introduction.
Performer will need to park his vehicle as close to the performance space as possible. In most cases expect arrival 60 minutes prior to showtime for load-in and set up. Expect strike and load-out to last 30-40 minutes.
If I will be flying rather than driving to your city/venue I will need these additional items:
- PA system with an iPod input and a wireless headset microphone.
- A small rectangular table. Ideal size would be something close to 2′ wide by 4′ long.

Geoff Akins-Hannah has been entertaining and educating children worldwide for over 30 years with his gentle spirit, sense of humor, and gift of rapport. Inspired by his life-altering experiences as a teacher in Waldorf and Special Education, he created The Bubble Wonders show to convey the message that “Anything is Possible!”
In addition to presenting at thousands of schools, libraries, museums, and educational conferences worldwide, his corporate clients include Harley-Davidson, Toyota, Whole Foods, Treehouse TV, Macy’s, IBM, the National Geographic Channel, and Google!
Geoff was highlighted on CBS Sunday Morning and the Canadian children’s show, This is Scarlett and Isaiah. He is the co-author of the best-selling book, Empowered and was featured in two additional books, GPS For Success, and The Art and Science of Bubbles!
Geoff hails from Woodstock, Illinois (where they filmed the movie, Groundhog Day!) and tours extensively all over the U.S. and Canada. Geoff met his wife (award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter, Jen Hannah!) while performing for children in orphanages in Vietnam. Geoff, Jen and their two (soon to be three!) kids recently relocated to BC to be closer to Jen’s family. Watch the video below to learn how Jen’s award-winning, Bubble Wonders theme song, “Anything is Possible was honored: (Please note, you may have to turn up the volume in the controller at the bottom right of the video!)
“Anything is possible” is the mantra Bubble Artist, Geoff Akins-Hannah conveys through his wondrous, awe-inspiring show. Combining incredible bubble wizardry with whimsical words of wisdom you and yours will take to heart, Bubble Wonders offers a terrific way to help cultivate the natural curiosity and enthusiasm that makes kids eager to learn and grow.”
The theme of the Bubble Wonders show is “Anything is Possible!” To prove it, Geoff attempts to create a Square Bubble. He fails over and over again…intentionally, in order to model Persistence, but he doesn’t give up. Along the way he demonstrates a variety of amazing bubble tricks: bubbles inside of bubbles, a bubble caterpillar, a dancing bubble, foggy bubble volcanoes…he even puts kids inside a bubble!
Also woven into the show are clever messages designed to inspire children’s natural curiosity and channel it into using the library as a resource in the quest to achieving their dreams!
In a world of ever-decreasing attention spans, Geoff uses the wonders of bubbles, magic, and heartfelt storytelling as ways to engage and redirect a child’s attention. His presentations are more than mere entertainment, they are inspirational! He teaches how we can rekindle a sense of wonder and demonstrates how persistence and a positive attitude can help make our dreams come true.
Does he ever succeed in creating a Square Bubble? You’ll see!
